Providing professional, friendly, quality care

Solomon Zimba

I am a professional accountant with over 14 years of senior management experience in banking and finance. I hold an MBA in Financial Sustainability and I am an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA).

I am married and a dad to two boys. Irwell Care Services Ltd is close to my heart. I shared the idea with like minded long family friends of ours and Irwell Care Services Ltd was born. I have a passion for care and I strongly identify with it. I am involved in a number of charity organisations and volunteer my time and work skills.

I am a Business and Management graduate with over 15 years experience in providing world class customer service as a Quality Assurance Analyst. My unique professional experience stems from years of providing excellent client support, attention to detail focussing on quality assurance and building customer loyalty for one of the biggest energy companies in the UK.

Being involved with Irwell Care Services Ltd is special to me. I am able to show and provide care to people who need it most. A wife and mother of two boys, I am also involved in charity work helping women and young girls by arranging events for wellbeing and self worth through workshops. I also hold a national executive position for a charity whose aims are to serve the community, young and old, to improve their wellbeing

I am a qualified and experienced accounting and tax professional with a passion for care. A strong believer in giving back to the community hence my volunteering service with Being There, a small charity providing emotional support and practical assistance to people with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses, along with those closest to them, such as family, friends and carers.

Personal experiences with family led me look at home care and how outstanding quality care can really change the lives of not only those needing support but their families too. I have experienced first-hand how difficult it can be when those we love, need additional help, but struggle to access quality care they can trust and that’s how I became involved with Irwell Care Services Ltd and Being There..

When not in work, I can kick a football but do better in front of a TV or in the stands providing the needed support for one of the greatest football teams in the world based in Manchester. Married and a dad to two girls and a boy, I come with tonnes of life experience of caring for the young and vulnerable adults.

Mulenga Elizbeth Ng’onga

I have over 10 years experience providing health care services in and around Greater Manchester through various care homes and NHS Hospitals. As a qualified Registered Nurse, I have had the opportunity to work for some of the renowned care homes and hospitals in Manchester and the surrounding areas learning and growing. This has enabled me to use my years of experience to provide clients of Irwell Care Services Ltd with the personalised and professional care and support they deserve. I see this as a great opportunity for me to put my own stamp on care delivery and make a real impact on people`s lives.

During my experience as a Nurse, I have acquired leadership and management skills. I am able to drive Irwell Care Services business for the benefit of the service users because I have a good understanding and knowledge of not only the regulatory framework within which Care providers operate but also the hands-on experience of providing quality care. I am good at relationship building which enables me to liaise with local authorities, families, potential clients, and colleagues throughout the company
