Who we are

This is not something we do just as business. That’s why we let our clients drive the service, so they receive the care they want and how they want it. We work for you, so you tell us how you want to be cared for and our job is to support you in accordance with your desired levels of care and only providing our professional input where necessary.
Like any other relationship, the client-carer experience is enhanced if we regularly communicate with you or your family, so we know what you need doing and what you would like to change.
So we might do a bit of form filling but it’s all in a bid to ensure the quality of care provided not only meets your needs and expectations but is consistently of a high standard regardless of which carer turns up on the day.
To ensure we give you the best care, our team is well led by a qualified and experienced Nurse with over 10 years’ experience of providing care in the United Kingdom both domiciliary and in care homes. She also has worked in various hospitals in the NHS as a Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Our Care Givers

We ensure only the best carers join us. Each new carer will have to do mandatory training and orientation process guiding them through our values and standards; going above and beyond the legal requirements based on our motto “From our family to Yours” because we look  after you just like we would our own relative.

This is a principle engraved in all of the directors and support staff of the company who themselves come from a culture of big extended families where children look after their ageing parents and elders are respected by all whether related to you or not.
